Purpose. Passion. Performance.

Hello, I'm Lindsay.

I've always loved playing soccer, running, and working out. Like many other females, I had been taught the generic, one-gender (i.e. male) fits all approach to fitness. There were days I didn't have the energy, the strength, or the mindset to complete the programming. But, everything changed when I realized that I should consider incorporating my unique physiological needs - across my menstrual cycle - into my daily routines and workouts. What an absolute game changer!

My Story

I grew up playing almost every sport, year around. And like most American girls my age, all of my youth sport coaches were male. At the time, I was naive to gender specific training and so was our society. Unknowingly, I was raised in a sporting culture that was broken for women in sports... and I'm here to change that.
My passion is coaching, and mentoring young female athletes. My education is based in exercise physiology - sports science and data collection. My robust experience has developed from working with youth female players at every age and level, and top female collegiate athletes in the ACC and SEC. My mission is to share my knowledge and resources with women who want to take a more intentional, holistic approach to their training and optimize all aspects of their life.

To my mom:

Even when I didn't believe in myself, you've always been so supportive of my dreams and ambitions. I'd like to think my passion for coaching and serving young people stems from the love and kindness you've shown me over the years. Thank you for cultivating a safe and accepting family environment that fostered my creativity and curiosity for life and learning. I'm determined to be half the woman and mother you are one day.
