Hi, I'm Lindsay, and I've been coaching female athletes in group and individual settings for the past 10 years. The Just Tri Performance community was inspired by the power of connection - connecting motivated women across sports and disciplines to support one another. My mission is to empower females through action and education so they know how they can leverage their cycles to start taking control of their unique journeys.
